Story
Horus is a 1 year old boy who was rescued from the outside at 5 months old and has been fostered in our home while he becomes very comfortable being an indoor-only cat. He is initially shy and a little skittish, but don't let that fool you! Once he warms up he is sweet, silly, and loves endless scratches and zoomies. Due to his shyness, he will need an adopter who will be very patient with him as he adjusts to his new home and family. Since coming inside, he has wanted to befriend any cat he sees, whether that be my resident cat or any neighborhood cats who pass by the window, but he has not experienced children or dogs. Based on his time with us, he would be best suited to a home with another young, high energy cat, or on his own with someone who can keep up with his playful nature. Applications from adopters who plan to stay on island for the long-term will be preferred as he has not taken to a harness for adventuring and views his carrier negatively.

Story
Hi! My name is Jackson, and I’m a 2-year-old tabby with a big heart and a curious spirit. I love being near my people—whether that’s snuggling on the couch, following you around, or quietly keeping you company while you go about your day. I’m playful and inquisitive, always ready to explore my surroundings or discover a new cozy spot to nap. I’m also affectionate and gentle, and I promise to fill your home with purrs, cuddles, and love. I’m looking for a calm, caring family who will appreciate my friendly, loyal nature. If you’re searching for a loving companion to share your days with, I’d be so happy to meet you and become your forever friend. Adopt me today!
