Story
Rescued this sweet, previously abandoned, declawed cat & and have attempted for two years to get my dogs to get along with her, but to no avail. She needs a home where she can feel safe & comfortable walking around instead of being confined to a room.

Story
Pepperjack is an extremely sweet but shy cat. She’s done well with us for years, but cannot get along with our second cat. She’s not having an enjoyable life with us, and deserves better. She’ll warm up to you very quickly and is the biggest snuggle bug. She’s lived with a Siberian husky for four years without a single issue. Single cat home ONLY.

Story
I want to begin by saying how much we love Harley. She is an Angel and a blessing to any family that adopts her. She was found in a barn at our relatives and we took her in after. Since then, she has been a loving member of our family that includes a toddler, a dog and two other cats. She gets along amazingly with everyone. We found out recently we are growing our family and we simply can not provide the means for everyone here. She is the the sweetest girl and truly is a great addition to any family. We are heartbroken needing to do this but it is the best option for both us and her.

Story
Meet Percy. He's a young adult with medium-length fur. He is a Big fella now. I love to spoil the kitties. What can I say? March 17th he was trapped. Weeks prior Percy and another kitty were spotted with injuries that required medical attention. Took a volunteer week and only Percy was trapped and immediately saw the vet He's been at the sanctuary healing. With daily care needed he finally learned to accept us humans. He was a feisty grossly fella but the trick is wet food 2x a day with petting and patience. He was neutered a week ago and today he is ready for his happy forever to find him. Percy is FIV positive, also has a heart murmur, and due to his lack of ability /street wisdom he cannot be released back outside. He needs a family that will shower him with love, attention, playtime, toys and quality care indoors living only. A responsible pet-owning home. Did I mention how much he loves warm wet food?! Percy is good with cats and dogs. His stay at the sanctuary has allowed him to trust he's safe around them. Available now animalhousesanctuary.org

Story
Hi, I'm Ileane. I've got three legs, but don't let that fool you. I'm just as capable as any four-legged feline. I'm sweet and mellow, loving nothing more than a good nap in a sunny spot. I'm also quite independent, I like my alone time, but I'm always up for a friendly pat or two. I've had my share of hardship, with an elbow fracture leading to my amputation, as well as a resolved pelvic fracture, but I've never let it slow me down. I don't remember much of my past, but I'm focused on the future. I'd love to be your new companion, bringing a touch of sweetness and independence to your home. Adopt me, and let's make some beautiful memories together. Adoption includes spay, vaccines (rabies, HCPCh, FeLv), booster shots of HCPCh, and FeLv, microchip, FIV/FeLv testing, and deworming. Foster's note - Ileane prefers her litter to be about 2 inches deep and/or large particles so she does not sink into the litter. She will need stairs/steps for furniture so she can easily get up and down.

Story
Our names are Pippin and Oliver. We were born in Illinois and we're from the same litter. We'll be two years old this November. My brother and I are a bonded pair. Where one of us goes the other one follows. We can't be adopted separately. Both of us love people and we get along well with other animals. Where Oliver is talkative I'm more of the silent type. Oliver loves to be held and likes to be the center of attention. We are both indoor cats only.
