Emmé (grey tabby) is 3 years old and is quite the social cat. She enjoys being around people, hoping that she could get some chin and belly rubs from them, as well as some treats. She also loves it when you swing a cat wand for her to catch or give her a toy with some catnip in it.

Story
Frank is a very playful and active cat. He loves to follow you around and will hang out wherever you are. His favorite toy is a piece of fat yarn that he likes to drag around and play fetch with.  He's happy to cuddle on your lap and has been known to crawl under a blanket to sleep. He is not very vocal and usually only meows when asking for food. Frank is about 3 years old and was rescued as a kitten. His left ear is a bit wonky - we think it adds character! He has his claws, but is still learning that our hands and feet are not toys. He responds well to "No" and to redirection or distraction, or a couple minutes of play. He will need gentle, firm and consistent guidance in this area. My son grew up with cats, and adopted Frank when he got his first apartment. However, we realize now that Frank needs more space. I am currently keeping Frank at my house, and he is enjoying the larger space, especially the stairs! We hope you have the space in your heart and in your home for Frank!

Story
We rescued Dolly Purrton from Chicago Animal Control a few months ago. She's a 1-year old brown tabby who is naturally petite (8 lbs) and is adorable. She was with another cat at the shelter that had been adopted by another family already. When we got her, she was in very bad shape. She had eye, ear, and respiratory infections, and we thought she wasn't going to make it for a while, but we nursed her back to full health. She is incredibly sweet with us and our kids. She likes to play for long periods of time with wands and balls, but also loves to snuggle on laps, and will sleep on you or next to you in bed. She loves wet food and meat tubes, but does not seem to like crunchy treats. Unfortunately, she and our current cats do not get along. Although she was with other cats previously, she has shown aggression towards our two. We think she is a great cat, and we are very glad we rescued her, but she does not seem like a good fit for our family. She would be a fantastic fit with a fam
