Additional adoption info

Thank you for your interest in a Whiskers of Winfield (WOW) Rescue. As a group of animal loving volunteers we are hoping to make a forever match with every animal we adopt out. To begin the adoption process, fill out and complete an application. By filling out the application form, it means that all adults in the home are in agreement to adopt this cat. Please understand that WOW reserves the right to deny any request for adoption. Any false or misrepresentation of information may result in the rejection of this application to adopt a pet. We will screen this information carefully including vet history, landlord/rental stipulations and personal references. Not all who apply for an adoption are guaranteed approval. Please complete all fields as applicable.

Adoption fees for adult cats are $125. Kittens are $150 which will include a voucher for a spay/neuter at Four Seasons Animal Hospital. All kittens will be required to be spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months.
