Story
My name is Almond, but I’m affectionately called Almond Joy ™. I am content just being next to someone, as you’ll hear from my loud motor. If you want to cuddle, I love curling up in a ball in your arms or on your lap and we can snuggle all day. I’m a pretty relaxed boy and at about 1 1/2.  - 2  years  old I’m just happy that I’ve been given a chance to enjoy a warm and carefree life. If you’re looking for a lounge cat to bring joy into your life I’d be perfect for the job, so apply to adopt me today! His adoption fee is $100. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   June 16, 2024, 11:02 pm

Story
Simba is a loving cat who reminds me of the cartoon character Garfield. He love to eat, play, get loved on and a real sweetheart. His owner is moved away and he can’t go with her to college. Please consider this joyful fur ball into your home. He would do better with adults or teenagers too.

Story
We found Bailey wandering our backyard in March. She was very friendly and playful so we decided to get her spayed and vaccinated and try to acclimate her with our other cats. Unfortunately, this has not gone to plan. Bailey hates our cats and the feeling is mutual with her would-be siblings. Despite a slow introduction, they do not get along. She is so sweet and loving to humans and loves to play with cat toys. She is very food-motivated and loves to purr while she eats wet food. She would make a wonderful lap cat and great companion for someone who wants a solo cat. Bailey is a sweet girl and we hope we can find her a loving home. Bailey is FiV and FelV negative. Our vet believes she is just under a year old with a birth date of September 2023.
