Story
Skye Female, DSH, solid gray with white dot on chest, 2-3 years old, 9 lbs Would prefer to be an only cat, older children only, not dog tested Skye so desperately wants to love and be loved but needs to adjust to home life after being on her own, probably since kittenhood. She was found living under a house near a dangerously busy intersection. We believe she recently had a litter of kittens but they were nowhere to be found. She is timid and skittish but will rub against your legs and lean in for cheek rubs! She currently spends most of the day under the bed or couch but will come out late in the evening for some affection and treats! She is definitely nocturnal but will spend much of the night sleeping with her foster mom. Skye loves to be pet and will come when called only with proper motivation, like treats! She is food-motivated and loves catnip! She does not like to be held, but oddly, does not run when her foster mom tries to pick her up! Skye will need a cat savvy family with plenty of patience to work with a cat who has probably been on her own all her life. She has only been in rescue a short time so is still getting acclimated to home life. Her foster mom is convinced that, with time, she will become a wonderful, loving and loyal companion! Adoption fee of $110 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, FIV/FELV test and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.

Story
Santini is a loving and affectionate cat. Loves people and attention. Guest at the house are welcomed by Santini and he will lay with anyone for hours. He enjoys spending his afternoons on the screened in porch to chase bugs and lizards. Will occasionally bring a lizard in the house to show off. We just aren’t able to spend the time with him anymore or show him the attention that he needs. No adoption fee as we want to find someone who will love him and truly spend time with him. Great with kids. Uses the litter box every time. Never had an accident in the house or garage. He is also declawed in his front paws.

Story
Oscar is a sweet 10 year old boy who is getting increasingly stressed with our growing family. He prefers quiet and relaxing spaces and will cuddle for hours. He is ok with children as long as they are quiet and gentle with him. Other cats (including feral outdoor cats) and dogs are a no for him. He wouldn’t hurt a fly but spends his time hiding from our two young boys. We would love to see him go to a quiet home where he can retire in peace

Story
Korra is a very sweet cat. Her favorite things to do are sleep and look out a window. She is use to a dog because she has been with our dog since we brought her home. She is good with kids but prefers her space and quietness, unless meal time and then she wants all the pets. She is litter box trained and favorite toy to play with is a hair tie and will even occasionally play fetch with it. Korra is updated on flea and tick medicine and with adoption she will bring with her litter/litter box/food bowls/2 months flea and tick medicine/food and cat tree (if you want it). Reason for rehoming: unfortunately with my daughters severe allergy to her we are needing to rehome her. She is going to be 12 years old this summer, so this decision has not been made lightly.

Story
Scooter was adopted with his brother Lucky from a shelter in Cleveland Oh in April of 2021. They are a bonded pair and are very cuddly, not aggressive and fine around children. We are expecting our second child in August and it’s getting too hard to manage a toddler, a pregnancy and two cats. We feel they deserve a home where they can be loved and cuddled as much as they want. They’ve always been on very healthy cat food, science diet and grain free wet food options. They’ve never been outdoors and they’re up-to-date on their vet visits. They are very docile and friendly and have had a life full of cuddling. We just can’t maintain the same level of love they deserve with the new baby coming.
