🐾 **Meet Mother Goose: A Tale of Whiskers and Wonder** Once upon a time, on a warm Texas morn, A dear little cat was weary and worn. She wandered the streets, round San Antonio town, With a belly quite round and her spirits down. But lo! Kind hearts at Charming Pet came near, Gave her shelter and love, wiped away every tear. 'Twas there she gave birth to her sweet kitten crew, And raised them with grace as good mothers do. Now her tale takes a turn, a new chapter awaits— No more bustling nursery, no baby debates. At just 2 or 3, she’s full of delight, With a sunny-day nap and cuddles at night. She’s gentle, she’s kind, a heart full of cheer, And not at all picky when it’s dinnertime, dear. Playful and warm, with a charm so divine, She’ll curl at your feet and make your life shine. So if you’ve a home where a queen might repose, Mother Goose will gift you love that overflows. Her nest is now empty, her job is complete— She’s looking for you, to make her life sweet. 📜 Adopt Mother Goose, and let your story begin.

Story
Meet O Brother Where Art Thou! This 6-month-old orange tabby boy might start off a little shy, but once he’s comfortable, his playful spirit takes over. If there’s mischief or chaos in the air, you can count on him to be right in the middle of it—pouncing, chasing, and stirring up fun with his kitten friends. He’s the perfect mix of sweet and silly: a soft-hearted boy who needs a little time to trust, but once he does, he’ll keep you laughing with his antics. Whether it’s batting toys, wrestling with other cats, or finding creative ways to entertain himself, O Brother is always up for a good time. If you’re looking for a playful partner in crime with a tender side, O Brother Where Art Thou might just be your match.

Story
Meet Hopscotch — the Playground Pro! Born on April 23, 2025, this bouncy orange tabby boy got his name honestly. At 6 months old, he was spotted right on a school playground, happily trotting from kid to kid like he was joining recess. Hopscotch wasn’t shy—he was introducing himself to everyone, hoping one of those friendly faces would be his forever family. Luckily, a sweet young teacher noticed this brave little explorer and scooped him up before the cold weather could chase him away. Since then, Hopscotch has been soaking up all the love he can get. He’s decided dogs are pretty okay, and he absolutely loves running and pouncing with the family cats—like his own furry game of tag. And just like any good playground buddy, he knows when it’s time to switch from play to cuddle. After supper, Hopscotch loves being held like a baby, giving soft, sweet-eye looks and powering up his biggest purrs. But don’t let his gentle side fool you—this boy has a spot-on sense of time. If mealtime is even a minute late, Hopscotch will kindly “ding-dong” you with his best reminders. With his bright orange coat and sunshiney personality, he’s ready to jump into his next adventure. This gorgeous tabby can’t wait to meetp his forever family—and he’s already saving a spot for you in his next game of hopscotch. 💛🐾

🐾 Meet Monday — the Sweetest Little Survivor Looking for Her Forever Home Monday’s story began in Bandera, Texas, where this tiny tabby was heartbreakingly thrown from a car window. Miraculously, she was spotted and rescued by Bandera Animal Control, who then transferred her to Animal Rescue and Rehab of Comfort for the love, safety, and medical care she desperately needed. Today, Monday is thriving — healthy, happy, and full of personality. She has the most beautiful tabby markings: soft tan, warm brown, black, and white, with adorable polka dots on her belly and bold tiger stripes down her back. Her sweetness is unmatched. She loves being held, loved, and talked to, and she melts into your arms the moment you pick her up. At just 7 weeks old, she’s already wonderful with other cats and dogs and is incredibly comfortable around all kinds of animals. Monday is playful, social, gentle, and ready to bring joy into any loving home. If you’re looking for a kitten with a heart as big as her story, Monday is waiting for you. Story
Available for Adoption – Animal Rescue & Rehab of Comfort Sweet Tuesday was found in the middle of the road in Bandera, Texas — tiny, vocal, and determined to be heard. At just 5 weeks old, this little spitfire has more personality in his tiny body than most grown cats! He’s bold, brave, and always ready to tell you exactly what he wants… which is usually food, attention, or your lap. Tuesday is the kind of kitten who makes you laugh all day long. He has a whole library of tiny sounds — chirps, squeaks, complaints, demands, and purrs — and he uses them all with confidence. He absolutely loves being carried and will curl up in your pocket, the crook of your arm, or even inside a scarf around your neck like a living, purring accessory. He has a little white patch on his neck, big bright eyes, and a hungry little appetite that keeps him growing strong. Tuesday is healthy, playful, litter-trained for his age, and ready for a forever home that appreciates a kitten with a huge personality. If you're looking for a companion who is fun, cuddly, chatty, and absolutely unforgettable… Tuesday is your kitten. ❤️ 👉 Adopt Tuesday: www.animalrescueandrehab.com 👉 Please share to help this tiny road warrior find his forever home! #RescueKitten #AdoptDontShop #TexasRescue #KittenAdoption #AnimalRescueAndRehab #DaynaRanchLife #BanderaTexas #SpitfireKitten #BottleBabyRescue #AdoptTuesday

Story
They thought she was gone. She was lying in the middle of the road in Bandera, Texas—cold, tiny, and lifeless. The shelter staff who stopped thought they were too late... but Wednesday surprised them. She was still breathing. Because they couldn’t care for neonatal kittens, they called us at Animal Rescue and Rehab of Comfort—and we answered. Around-the-clock feedings every two hours, vet visits, antibiotics, eye meds, and more love than you can imagine brought this tiny fighter back from the edge. Now Wednesday is a happy, healthy, 9-week-old kitten who loves to explore, pounce, and curl up for snuggles. She’s playful, curious, and full of personality—a true survivor with a heart full of gratitude (and a love for naps). We love her very much, and we’re looking for someone who will love her just as fiercely. Wednesday will need to be spayed when she's old enough (this is required as part of our adoption agreement), and under no circumstances will we allow any adopted kitten to be declawed. If you’re ready to welcome a little miracle into your life, Wednesday is ready to go home. 💕 👉 Apply to adopt her at animalrescueandrehab.com
