Story
During the fierce San Antonio winter storm, a shivering black kitten had curled up inside a car engine for warmth. Just before the driver started the ignition, they heard a faint meow and opened the hood to find the tiny feline trembling but alive. Wrapped in a blanket and brought inside this little kitten.

Story
Sophia is a Southern California girl. I brought her with me to Texas when I moved here last year. When we got my newer cat, she didn’t have too much trouble getting to know him. However, more recently, she’s been experiencing a lot of aggression towards him after we returned to a vet visit. This has been increasingly difficult, as it has lasted about three weeks in a studio apartment without any progress, and I feel as though she may be happier if she moved back into an actual house with no other cats. She’s a very affectionate, sweet girl and enjoys lots of love! But, she isn’t much of a cuddler. We had a german shepherd while in California and she got along with him fine. She’s also very talkative and enjoys wet food and those little cat soup cups.

Story
I got Hollie on Halloween of 2022 and she was a stray outside of my friends apartment. She is an amazing cat: sweet, well tempered, loves to bird watch and nap in the window next to you. She is great with our two dogs and will sometimes play with them. She is a little shy at first when netting new people, but when she opens up she will always be close by. She isn’t overly affectionate, but likes to be near for when she get curious or wants some pets. She does have a three tier cat tower that she likes to lay in and we can also provide to any home she goes to since we wouldn’t need it anymore. She has been an amazing cat and I just want to find her a good home, unfortunately my new place doesn’t allow any cats.

Friendly TNR that invited himself into our home. Not sure of his age, but he's friendly, talkative, and a chonky fellow. Our financial situation has changed and we're looking to find him a loving home. Gets along with our dog and other cats. (except for Jane, she doesn't particularly care for him.)

Story
Ellie was adopted by us from the local shelter. We love her and it breaks our heart to let her go, but there are a few reasons we have made this hard decision. She is a great cat. She loves cuddles, loves to be part of the family, will be around where the people are, and she LOVES to be pet (until she gets tired lol, typical). She has a great personality and loves to play with toys and laser pointers. She is very fun to be around. I will miss her so much. But I would love for her to be with a loving family who would enjoy her as much as I have these past few years. She does however have issues with dogs. Not sure how she is around children, since we don't know many people with children who have come around, but shes never been the aggressive type, so I left that part blank just to be safe. We just want her to go to a good home where she can be happy.

Asani is an 11 year old cat in good health and very friendly. She can be quite shy and likes to hide but warms up easily. Unfortunately my mother is sick and can no longer care for her.
