Story
Amma kitty is a loving, 4-year old, female, indoor/outdoor, sweet purring lap cat. She would thrive in a quiet household as the only pet or with 1 other cat. She loves to be brushed, to watch the birds, squirrels and leaves outside from the indoor window ledge, to sit in the warm sunshine, stretch and scratch a tree, to cuddle, and sleep hidden under a warm blanket. Amma kitty is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and litter-trained. She's happy and healthy with eating wet, grain-free cat food. Amma kitty enjoys high perches, playing with her little fishy and mousey toys, and being with cat-loving people.

Story
Binxs is a very unique cat that marches to the beat of her own drum. Some days she will want to sit in your lap or cuddle and the rest she just likes to hang out and just exist in the world. She enjoys playing whether it’s with toys or other animals and sitting in window sills. She’s very friendly but does typically shy away from children to go into another room.

Story
Sometimes life surprises you with the sweetest gifts. Momma Wasabi came to us heavily pregnant, her belly round and her eyes full of curiosity and love. Soon after arriving, she gave birth to a litter of tiny little dumplings we named after all things sushi. One by one, her babies showed us just how fragile life can be, but one precious little girl, Sticky Rice, stayed with us….a spark of joy and resilience from the very start. Through it all, Wasabi showed her incredible heart, and my children got to hold her, love her, and fill her days with laughter and comfort. Together, we watched her grow stronger and more confident every day. Sticky Rice has blossomed into a playful, curious, and affectionate little girl, while Wasabi has become the most gentle, nurturing, and wise mama you could imagine. Soon these two sweet souls will be ready to find the perfect homes where they will be celebrated and cherished. Whether together or in separate families, they deserve a life full of love, play, snuggles, and happy adventures. Wasabi and Sticky Rice remind us how beautiful life can be when we open our hearts and celebrate the little moments. Whoever welcomes them will gain a pair of extraordinary companions who bring joy, love, and laughter every single day. If you think you might be the family for Wasabi or Sticky Rice, please apply on our website. These two are ready to bring happiness into a forever home. At the time you are seeing this post, this cat is still available for adoption. But please know that we may be working on multiple applications already, and any one of them could be approved at any time. Please READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION and complete an adoption application if you are interested in any of our animals. The application can be found at https://greendogsunleashed.org. If you send an inquiry to ask if the cat is still available, or just tell us you are interested, your inquiry will not be answered. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. We can do NOTHING without that. */*/* PLEASE NOTE: We will email you if additional information is needed, so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders. */*/* Young kittens will receive age-appropriate vaccines and will be spayed/neutered before adoption. Adopters may be required to provide additional boosters and a rabies vaccine. Future annual vaccines, testing, and healthcare are REQUIRED, and will be the financial responsibility of the adopter. Please note you must submit an application, be approved, and submit a refundable hold deposit before a meet and greet will be scheduled. You can fill out an application here: https://greendogsunleashed.org/adopt While we do allow out-of-state adoptions, the adopter must be able to travel to Charlottesville, Virginia, and meet in person at an agreed-upon time to take their cat home. GDU does ask for a minimum adoption donation of $125.00 for cats. This minimum donation does not cover all expenses as we are funded solely by the angels and volunteers willing to donate time and finances. This minimum donation includes age-appropriate vaccines and flea and tick treatment, as well as neutering or spaying if the animal is medically sound and is unable to undergo surgery. This minimum donation does not even begin to cover each animal's expenses while in rescue, but does go directly towards vet care for our rescue animals. ##2487993##
