Story
Adopted 04/24 from the Richmond SPCA. Nimbus is roughly three years old, and is very affectionate around those he trusts. He can be very shy, loud noises (like doors) spook him but once he comes out of his shell (and hiding place) he loves to make biscuits and purr. He can be very food motivated and is incredibly smart and very rarely is ever aggressive, he’s more likely to hide than hiss. He would feel most comfortable in a home with plenty of sunlight and places to explore. Where he can have his private space but love and attention when he’s done napping.

Story
Wave has been with me since he was a tiny kitten. He is now 6 years old, and we have been through everything together college, moving to new cities, and finally coming back home to Virginia. He has been a loyal companion. When he was young, I adopted another kitten, and over the years Wave has shown that he really prefers to be the only pet in a home. He can become stressed and territorial around other cats, and despite years of trying different methods, it is clear that he is happiest when he has his person all to himself. He deserves a home where he doesnt have to feel overwhelmed or compete for attention. Wave loves attention, enjoys being nearby, and thrives when he can bond closely with his owner. He would do best with someone who can give him time, love, and a calm environment without other pets. Rehoming him is a very emotional decision, but I want him to be peaceful

Story
Maverick is a 13-year-old short-haired mixed-breed tabby. Unfortunately, after recent moves and additions to our family, he has been acting out and urinating in my children's beds. Additionally, Maverick has feline diabetes and was diagnosed about 8 months ago. I am willing to purchase additional insulin and needles to last at least a year to help you settle into a routine. Additionally, I am willing to provide you with a few months of food until you are established. All the other items we have for him can also be taken at no cost.

Story
Eddi is 4 years old. She was born on March 26, 2021. Eddi is a veryyy cuddly girl. She LOVES food and is extremely affectionate. She’s great with other cats but needs her own litter box. She does not like sharing a box. We’ve got 2 small children and she tolerates them lol. The reason we need to rehome her is due to lack of space and having small children around. There’s been occasions where our baby has tried to play with her and Eddi smacks her with her paw and scratches her. Unfortunately this has happened multiple times so it’s just a tough situation. If we had more space we would keep her, in an ideal world we’d like her to be temporarily housed until we find a bigger home. I would just love to see her go to a loving and caring home that will give her all the space and attention she needs.
