Story
Wrigley is an enthusiastic bundle of joy. Adopted from New Leash on Life in Alabama at 11 weeks of age, we have worked to integrate him into our pack of cats and dogs. He is incredibly intelligent and has learned and responds to commands well. We have worked with a professional trainer and despite his good response to training, he is too big and has too much energy for our home. We have an elderly family member in the home and Wrigley is not compatible with his care. He is good with our male grand dog and our older female dog. He is okay with our cat. Recommend a home experienced with bully breeds. His DNA test shows no health issues - 51% Amstaff, 11% American Pit, + bloodhound, lab, border collie & Beagle. At 10 months he is 61 lbs. He loves doing training. Great about taking a bath and filing nails (with peanut butter motivation). He loves to run and play in the yard and will fetch a ball or Frisbee and return it to you. Wrigley needs a home with time, energy, love and toys.

Story
Malcolm is a one year and almost 5 month old lab/pittie mix. He does great with dogs his size or bigger, with whom he will wrestle and play and run around with. He has a lot of energy & needs to figure out how to be gentle with smaller animals. He has a lot to say and has a sass to him. He loves to chew, so bones!!! He’s silly and sweet and will make someone a great companion. I have had Malcolm since last August, him and his two siblings showed up in my neighborhood in the dead heat of summer and I felt I had to do something for them so I took them in and asked some of my clients from my grooming salon if they could help. So I was fostering him through a rescue until they told me I needed to owner surrender him to the shelter since I can’t foster him for much longer (being chronically ill/disabled and unable to keep up). Now my landlord is selling my home so I have to move by the end of the year and can no longer accommodate for him. Please help this sweet boy find a home!
