Story
If you look up the word "goofball" in the dictionary, the only thing you're going to find is a giant picture of Twinny's face. The latest edition of Webster's might actually include two pictures now just to really drive the point home. He is the result of a ray of sunshine that came down with a chronic case of the zoomies, and there isn't a single bone in his body that isn't sweet or silly. We dare you not to fall in love with his charm. If you're not already convinced... 1. Twinny is equal parts playtime and nap time (he'll be just as excited to lounge on the couch with you as he is when hiking by your side, we promise) 2. Loves to play with his four-legged-friends and couldn’t be more dog-friendly if he tried; he would love a (fur)brother or sister that's always down for a marathon game of tag in the backyard 3. Unsure about cats but never tries to chase them; if anything, he seems to be more scared of them than vice versa 4. House-trained, crate-trained, and has been working hard on his manners; Twinny is one smart cookie and picks up on new skills quickly (who knew there was a giant nogin' hiding underneath all of those layers of goof?) 5. Loves every single person he meets, no exceptions 6. Have you seen that smile? That perfect head tilt? Come onnnn Twinny is fully vetted (neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on his vaccinations) and more than ready to fly the coop. The only thing standing between this handsome dude and his forever home is finding you!

Story
If that giant smile doesn't tell you what an absolute joy Eloise is, her constant tail-wagging sure will. From the vet's office to doggy daycare, her friendly demeanor and sweet nature have her stealing hearts all over town. And hey, we get it—we've been smitten since day one, too. Although she's a social butterfly who loves people of all shapes and sizes (even the tiny ones!), Eloise is still on the hunt for that special someone. She'd like to be your BFF, confidant, sidekick, work wife, partner-in-crime, right-hand man, shotgun rider... whatever keeps her glued to your side. And at a petite ~30 lbs, she's the perfect size to accompany you wherever the wind blows. Eloise loves other dogs almost as much as she loves people, but she doesn't need a fur sibling to be happy; your undivided attention is more than enough. She's crate-trained, house-trained, and does well on a leash. And rumor has it, she'll do anything for some head scritch-scratches and a cookie (which should make any additional training a breeze). So go ahead and submit that application; the best kind of companionship has four legs, a boop-able nose, and is standing right in front of you! *Eloise is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative

Story
Delilah ("Lila" or "LeeLee" as she's known to the tiny humans she lives with) joined the rescue after she was dumped at our vet's office with a horrible femur fracture. We found out that fracture was displaced almost to a 90 angle and had likely happened many weeks prior. Recovery was long, but Delilah took it like a champ. And today, she is outrunning the rest of the dogs at her foster's house (and it's not even close). - At just around one-year-old, Delilah's best days are still ahead of her - She's incredibly sweet and wants nothing more than to be near people - Dog-friendly and kid-friendly, though may knock down a super tiny human because she's just so excited to say hi (I can speak from experience, though my toddlers don't mind all that much!) - Crate-trained (though she'll want to be next to you the second she knows you're home from work), house-trained, and working on becoming a model citizen on her leash - Would do best with a fenced in yard where she can zoomie to her heart's content (but only for a few minutes, then it's back to couch potato status) Delilah is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Her femur fracture has healed completely, and you wouldn't know it ever happened if it weren't for her scar and that left leg being slightly bigger than the right. She is an absolute rockstar and we can't wait to find her the most perfect family! Lila deserves the world and then some.

Story
Noah’s heart is as giant as his big ol’ puppy dog eyes. Seriously, he has “puppy dog eyes” on lockdown and we’re all suckers for it. They’re his secret weapon; one look from Noah and you’ll be wrapped around his little paw. Noah was rescued from a local high-kill animal shelter and had a broken leg when he joined us. Thankfully, Noah was able to avoid surgery and his leg healed beautifully on its own. He showed us just how patient and resilient he was during the few weeks he spent on strict crate rest, never once complaining about his leash-only trips outside and lack of puppy playtime. Now, Noah has healed and is ready to find his family. Let's find this sweet soul the forever home he deserves, where he can finally run free and embrace his silliest sides. - Noah is just over a year old, which means he’s said goodbye to most of those pesky puppy habits but still has his best years ahead of him - At ~30ish lbs, he’s is the perfect size for so many different types of homes and families - Kiddo-friendly and used to living with tiny humans - Dog-friendly and having a blast while relearning how to play after his accident - Neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative

Story
Welcome to Astronomy 101! Class is now in session. POP QUIZ: 1. According to the leading experts in astrophysics, which of the following is the MOST accurate definition of a nova: A. The strong and sudden increase in brightness of a white dwarf star B. Inspiration for the smash hit “Supernova Girl” from the Disney Channel Original Movie, ZENON: Girl of the 21st Century C. The most adorable, affectionate, and adoptable dog on planet Earth D. All of the above We will accept both C and D as correct answers. If you’re confused, refer to the following excerpt from p. 149 to learn more. “Of all the stars in the sky, this Nova shines the brightest. She is a one(ish)-year-old boxer mix with a ginormous heart and a personality as goofy as those ears; yes, one ear really does stand up straight at all times and yes, we agree that it’s perfect. At 50% zoomies and 50% couch potato, Nova will definitely help you reach your daily step count—but like, let’s not get crazy. Unless there’s a water hose involved. Then let’s DEFINITELY get crazy. Most importantly, Nova is as sweet as they come and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and oh so patiently waiting for her forever spot in the world. Nothing would make her happier than the chance to join your family. Nova is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and cleared for launch—all systems are go.”
