Noah’s heart is as giant as his big ol’ puppy dog eyes. Seriously, he has “puppy dog eyes” on lockdown and we’re all suckers for it. They’re his secret weapon; one look from Noah and you’ll be wrapped around his little paw. Noah was rescued from a local high-kill animal shelter and had a broken leg when he joined us. Thankfully, Noah was able to avoid surgery and his leg healed beautifully on its own. He showed us just how patient and resilient he was during the few weeks he spent on strict crate rest, never once complaining about his leash-only trips outside and lack of puppy playtime. Now, Noah has healed and is ready to find his family. Roxy is a boxer mix that I got in February 2021 at the Phenix City animal shelter. She was born around October-November 2020. Roxy is an extremely sweet dog. She loves people and LOVES kids. She has a ton of energy but also loves snuggling and cuddling. Trust me, she will TAKE OVER your bed if you let her sleep with you. As much as it pains me and my children, I just cannot give her the life she needs. We are an extremely busy family and Roxy has to spend a lot of time alone as a result. She would be perfect for a family with kids, maybe even one with a stay-at-home parent that can spend a lot more time with her than I can.
