Meet Emmett! Local Alabama Adoption Fee: $225 Adoption Fee: $425 includes transport Adoption Application - Copy & Paste https://forms.gle/FmtRtYxQNnemdkdw9 Emmett is a truly special boy with an even more special heart. When a neighbor moved away and sadly left him behind in the backyard to fend for himself, one of our amazing team members stepped in immediately to make sure he was safe. Since then, Emmett has been cared for, loved, and shown what it means to be part of a family — and he’s blossomed. Emmett is about two years old and weighs around 60 pounds. He’s a sweet, gentle, and affectionate boy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, kids, and even cats. He’s house trained, walks nicely on a leash, and has the kind of easygoing personality that makes him a joy to have around. This handsome guy is ready for his forever home and will make a loyal, loving companion for just about anyone. Emmett has already been through enough — now he deserves a family who will never leave him behind again. Story
Meet Bernie! Adoption Fee: Local Alabama $200 Adoption Application - Copy & Paste https://forms.gle/FmtRtYxQNnemdkdw9 Bernie is about 3½ years old, and his story has come full circle. He was originally in rescue as a puppy and adopted into what they hoped would be his forever home. Recently, we were heartbroken to see him being given away for free on Facebook — so the original foster immediately stepped in and brought him back where he belongs. Bernie deserves so much better than that, and we are committed to making sure his next home truly is forever. The good news? Bernie is a GREAT dog. He loves kids and is happiest when he’s part of the family action. Whether it’s hanging out in the yard, lounging inside, or soaking up attention, Bernie is all about his people. He can be dog selective, so proper introductions are important, and he may do best as the only dog in the home or with a compatible canine friend. We’re happy to talk through that with you! Bernie has already been let down once — we want his next chapter to be the one that lasts a lifetime. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion and you’re ready to give Bernie the stable home he deserves, please ask about him. Let’s make this one his forever. Story
It breaks my heart to write this, but I am looking for the perfect home for my beloved Bully girl. She is truly a sweet, affectionate dog who deserves a home that can give her the time, structure, and environment she thrives. Her Personality: She is a total cuddle bug at heart. She loves being close to her person, lounging on the couch, and soaking up attention. She's loyal, loving, and forms strong bonds with her people. She has never bitten anyone and is very affectionate with those she knows and trusts. What She Needs: She would do best in a home with: An experienced dog owner (especially with strong breeds) No small children A calm, structured environment Someone willing to continue working on training and confidence-building She can be vocal and may bark in a way that sounds intimidating, especially around new people or situations, so she needs someone patient who understanding. I just had a baby and shes too hyper, strong, and territorial over us.

Story
Sabrina is a happy, sweet, easy-going cuddle bug with an adorable grin who enjoys soaking up your affection. This girl's vibe is minding her own business on long leisurely walks with plenty of rolls in the grass. Games of fetch and taking beauty naps are a few of her favorite things. She's quite smart, responding to commands sit, stay, shake, come, drop toy (when fetching). She learns quickly, and is a quiet listener (no barking!). She's eager to go for car rides and adventures to the lake and park. Sabrina will thrive as the only dog in the home, soaking up all the love and attention from her people. She’s so fabulous, you won’t want another! Est. birthdate is 9/11/2021, 58 lbs., crate and house trained, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. Sabrina is poised to be your fun and loving sidekick!
