Story
Caramel is an adult, female, 30 lb, mixed-breed dog (DOB 9-22-21). Caramel loves toys and a game of fetch! Her love for her dollys is only rivaled by her love of a good cuddle. Caramel is so named because she is multiple variations of the caramel color. She has gorgeous light eyes the color of her coat. Caramel has a slightly longer coat than her siblings, we have joked often that she looks like a caramel candy dropped in a barber shop. Caramel comes from the California central valley where she has been fostered in a home with other dogs, both large and small, old and young. She is crate trained, spayed, and up-to-date on her shots. A little caramel will make your life a whole lot sweeter, and she would be your biggest flan. Contact us at howlelujah.rescue@gmail.com for more information.

Story
Pumpkin is a female, mixed-breed almost 2.5 yo dog (DOB 9-22-21). Pumpkin is full grown and 30-35 lbs, making her the best size for any lifestyle. She has the softest coat her foster Mom has ever felt on a dog (even among dogs with fine hair); petting her will make you question which of you is feeling more relaxed. Pumpkin is on the timid side and will do best in a calmer home where she can be the center of attention, but she also loves going for a life leash walk.  Pumpkin is crate trained, spayed, and up-to-date on her shots. Story
Our sweet and adorable Bruno Bear almost didn't make it out of the shelter alive as he was scheduled to be euthanized for "aggressive behavior." We are STILL reeling over this fact. He is so beyond gentle and sweet, and (as you can see from his pics) all he wants is love and affection. Within hours of being saved from death row, he was rolling in the backyard grass at his foster home, clearly taking it all in that he had just been saved. He loves his foster sister Mochi, cheese, and going for walks. As he is only around 3 years old with no training, we are working on his leash pulling and also not jumping up when he gets too excited. He is working with a trainer weekly and is getting better every single day. He has been an excellent house guest in every way! We can't wait to find Bruno's forever home and family, this guy absolutely deserves to find his "happily ever after." Could it be with you?
