Is that lap open? I am a sweet 8yr Staffie mix that would love nothing better than to fill an empty lap. I love playing keep away with you with my toys. I love just being near you or if I can climb into your lap, even better. I don't bark inside and I sleep all through the night. I am crate trained. I do have an issue with my current dog roommate so I'm hoping to be a single dog tenant, that way I can get all the love! I love walks and get super excited any time we go anywhere. I am currently not a huge fan of car rides but maybe with more adventures, I will grow to love car rides. I love all kinds of treats, snuggles, and scratches/belly rubs. I am great left out of my crate even if no one is home but can also be okay in the crate. I would do best as an only dog. I would probably be best with older children as I seem to get a little stressed with little children. I'd probably do best with children, 12 years and older. I love all toys but currently my favorite is my stuffed octopus. I especially love toys with treats in them! I would love a home where I can spend lots of time with my humans. I'd need to be the only dog and that way I'd receive all the love and snuggles. My adoption fee includes a Training Program specific for my needs.

Meet Georgie Lou!! 7.5 year old SUPER SWEET Female Pittie mix Wants:  Couch cuddles, belly rubs, peanut butter & an emotional support toy (her favorite is a stuffed chili pepper!) Time to play fetch (very athletic) & a cozy bed (very lazy)  Dislikes:  Thunderstorms & rain- prefers to chill in the bathroom where she feels safe  Puppies, small dogs or babies invading her space & crossing boundaries- otherwise she is super easy going and easy to handle- nail trims, baths, vet exams etc.  Needs:   A loving home where she could be the only dog or with a confident, relaxed dog, no cats (seems to have a high prey drive), and no young children (prefer 10 yrs or older in the home)  Someone who is able to maintain meds & make annual vet wellness visits. Meds:  Fluoxetine (puppy Prozac) for anxiety. Trazadone (sedative) for thunderstorms, car rides and vet visits. Dramamine for car rides.
