Story
I got my dog, Deedee, at the JPAWS shelter in Westwego. She is 2 years old and needs a more experienced owner who can give her the attention she requires. Deedee has separation anxiety and sometimes gets into trouble because of this. She is house trained but needs to be crated. She gets along with my other dog, is socialized, but can be selective with park dogs. She loves to play and run but needs monitored exercise. She can be challenging to walk but does better with a gentle leader. Despite her challenges, Deedee is affectionate and loyal. I will keep her until she finds a suitable new home, but I can't always provide the attention she needs due to my busy schedule. The ideal owner should be flexible and dedicated and truly love dogs.

Story
Lauren is a very loving girl, one year and 4 months old. She was born in mid November of 2023. I rescued her last February not knowing what breed she was or how big she would get. I have four other dogs and they are female pomeranians 3 generations, two of them are 8 years old one of them is 9 years old and the other one is 10 years old. Lauren was fine with them when she was a little pup, playing with them all the time, but now that she has reached her size she has started to get a little domineering and aggressive with one of my girls so keeping my other four girls safe is my main concern. She is very loving with people and she loves to cuddle on the couch. She's very affectionate and she is crate trained and potty trained to go outside or on potty pads if necessary. She is been updated on all of her vaccinations and she has been spayed . I'm hoping someone can take her in and give her the love and the attention that she needs preferably as an only pet.

He gets along great with other dogs and does well in a crate. He had a great vet check up and they all just adored him. Talk about enjoying all the attention he got while he was there! Story
Mo is a lovable and goofy boxer who just turned 3. He is fully house trained and is great with other dogs and kids. He loves playing fetch and getting in the pool. He sleeps in a crate. He doesn’t jump or chew, is not aggressive and does not have separation anxiety. He happily lives with another small dog now, and probably would do best with a companion and/or children. We have put a lot of work into training him. He still needs work, but he is a great dog. He can walk on a harness, but is reactive to other dogs.
