Story
Adopt Rocky! 🐾 Rocky is an energetic, charismatic 8-month-old Aussiedoodle who’s equal parts brains, heart, and zoomies. He’s a super smart boy who loves to learn, is very treat-motivated, and genuinely wants to please his people. Rocky already knows a solid list of commands—sit, stay, (almost) heel, come, hop up, and more—and he even knows how to ask to go outside! This active pup needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation to thrive. Continued training is important to help channel his energy, and he’d be happiest in a home with a fenced yard (no apartments please!) space to run or with an adopter who enjoys running, hiking, or other outdoor adventures. Rocky loves attention and wants to play all the time, so a busy, engaged household is ideal. Rocky is fantastic with kids and would make a wonderful family dog. He also does great with other dogs and would love a canine playmate—the companionship and playtime would be a big plus for his high energy needs. He’s played happily with dogs of all sizes and ages. Bonus perks? 🚗 Rocky loves car rides, sits calmly, and enjoys watching the world go by. He’s also very affectionate and prefers not to be left alone for long periods—he truly wants to be wherever his people are. Rocky will need regular professional grooming, typical of his breed. He is currently weaning off medication for a non-contagious skin condition, so we’re looking for an adopter willing to do a foster-to-adopt placement for the remainder of his treatment (about one month). Soom Soom This spunky little guy is an 11 month old, male, neutered Maltese/Terrier mix. He is very playful, loves playing with his softball and stuffed tiger. He is doing great with his crate training, almost 90% housebroken as well. He would do great as an only or with another playful dog. He is shy at first with big dogs but gets comfortable over time. He is a bit on pushy side once he is comfortable. We are working on his attention barking and he is improving. He gets mouthy when he wants something or tries to play with his mouth. He is learning not to do this as well. He needs a structured home that is going to continue with his behavior. He is best with kids 15 and up. He is fun, very playful and active, needs to learn some manners but will make a great addition to a family. He is learning in a foster.
