Story
Lady Gaga is a 4 year old Poodle mix, with a very sweet, bonding, loving, and affectionate personality. She is a sensitive girl who becomes very attached to her people. She has always lived with other dogs, but would love to be the only apple of her person's eye. She would be fine with another friendly dog or even two. Lady is fostered in Linn County, Oregon. We are about an hour from Eugene, Sisters, Corvallis and Salem, and about 2 hours from Portland and Newport. Lady is house trained, leash trained and rides nicely in the car. She stays home loose without any problem, however she is accustomed to human company most of the time, so we seek a home where she will ideally have company most of the time. She would make a great activity, travel, and out on the town companion, and would also enjoy being a home body as long as she gets the activity she needs for her weight and health. She is moderate energy. Lady is on a diet with the goal of losing about 15 pounds. This will involve both diet and exercise. We seek adopters who will be committed to helping Lady achieve this goal for her health. She has lost weight before, so we know it can be done! We will report back as she loses weight in rescue. Lady is vaccinated, de-wormed, DNA tested, micro-chipped and has had a recent dental. She comes with her belongings: bed, toys, leash, collar, the remainder of her food. Her adoption fee is $350. A great home for Lady Gaga and her must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home with a securely fenced yard. 2. Adopters home a lot, or who can take her with them. Lady is used to having people around, and though non-destructive and fine alone, she is just not used to it. We welcome folks who can help her adjust to reasonable periods of time alone. 3. Active folks who take their dog on daily walks. Folks who would help her lose 15 pounds of extra weight. 4. People who believe in good nutrition and vet care, and who know and are prepared for the cost of grooming. If you are interested in Lady Gaga, fill out the application now using the following link: We will call you promptly if we think you could be a great match. https://forms.gle/YN3bZmza2njh61jLA You may also inquire by emailing woofovermyhead@gmail.com. Include: Lady in the subject line. Tell us a bit about yourself, and how Lady will fit into your life. Leave your phone number so that we can reach out promptly. Please be sure that all family members are on board with adopting a new family member before applying. Be available for a meet and adoption in the week following applying. Be motivated to adopt a new family member and be willing to travel to meet her. Rescue is an extremely busy full time volunteer gig; if you apply for a dog at a distance, please be ready to drive all or almost all of that distance to meet and adopt her. We are willing to drive an hour for those coming from afar. Non-cigarette smokers only, please.

Story
Mallory 1 year, spayed female, 18 lbs Poodle mix Mallory is a shy girl trying to find her place. She enjoys playing with other dogs. LIKES: She like Nylabones, chews and soft toys. She is learning to play and explore outdoors. DISLIKES: Does not like leaving home. Does not like riding in car. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Mallory is a sweet girl that will tolerate being held for a few minutes then she's off to play with another dog. She is insecure and needs a stable home with another dog to help her thrive. She is learning how to interact with people, and came from a home with a number of other dogs where she was neglected and wasn't socialized. She's quiet, not a barker and non shedding. Loves a yard to explore. POTTY TRAINING: Potty training is progressing. She uses potty pads in home and given regular schedule to outside access is learning to potty outside. CRATE TRAINING: She loves a crate or pen to retreat to. She sleeps in crate or pen at night. OTHER/MISC: Mallory may look like a lap dog, but human affection and attention is new to her and her happy place is to be in the company of another dog. She has not mastered walking on leash and will need time and encouragement along with the example and support of another dog to show her it's Ok. If you have patience, love, a fenced yard, and another dog she will be a great addition to your home. To further inquire about MALLORY, submit an application. https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how MALLORY will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet. Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit. We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for MALLORY, as well as her future family. *Fostered in Eugene/Springfield, OR ADOPTION APP: https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ ##2731948##

Story
We have a transport leaving June 25th 2026 from where we are located in Southern California to NorCal, OR, and surrounding states as needed for our adopting families where we bring our dogs all the way to their homes 💗 For peace of mind we never ask for anything up front. The adoption fee along with your share of travel costs will be due the day we arrive in person ultimately finalizing the adoption then and there with you. We would love to add our boys to our trip for the right families 😊 Murphy, Waffles & Finnegen 🩵 Born 1/2/2026 Cockapoo Brothers Expected Adult Weight: Approximately 20-25 pounds. They boys are all around 15 lbs right now 🩵 There is something incredibly special about raising a litter of puppies, watching their little personalities unfold day by day. Murphy, Waffles, and Finnegen have spent the last 3 months growing up in our home, learning about the world around them, making friends with everyone they meet, and discovering that life is one big adventure waiting to be explored. Now these three handsome brothers are ready for the next chapter of their lives. While they have loved having each other to wrestle with, play with, and curl up beside at the end of the day, they are ready to begin their own journeys with families of their very own. We are not looking for a home for all three together. Each boy is confident, social, and ready to become someone’s best friend. These Cockapoo boys have inherited the beautiful hypoallergenic Poodle coat, so you won’t need to worry about shedding, and they are expected to mature to approximately 20 pounds full grown. Large enough to join you on life’s adventures, yet small enough to fit comfortably into almost any lifestyle, they truly are the best of both worlds. Murphy, Waffles, and Finnegen have received an exceptional start in life. They are current on their DA2PP vaccination series, including Parvo protection, as well as their Bordetella and Rabies vaccines. Each puppy has had a wonderful exam with our veterinarian, has completed fecal testing and deworming based on laboratory results, will be going home microchipped, and have received a health certificate to go home with them. Because they are still growing and developing, they will be adopted on neuter contracts to allow them the opportunity to reach full maturity before sterilization. These boys are wonderful with other dogs and cats. They are happy, social puppies who genuinely enjoy being part of a family. They absolutely love toys and can often be found proudly carrying one around the house as though they have somewhere important to be. They also share a hilarious obsession with water. Whether it’s a water bowl, a puddle, or anything else they can splash in, they are convinced water was put on this earth solely for their entertainment. If you’re not paying attention, they’ll happily empty a water bowl in record time while having the time of their lives. All three boys are crate trained and sleep peacefully through the night. They are doing wonderfully with their house training and currently go outside every two to three hours to use the restroom and enjoy time exploring the yard. They ride beautifully in the car and have spent plenty of time accompanying us around town, which has helped them develop into confident little companions who enjoy new experiences. They are also remarkably well mannered when it comes to grooming. Baths, brushing, blow drying, nail trims, and even having their teeth brushed are all things they handle with patience far beyond what you would expect from puppies their age. While these boys share many wonderful qualities, each has his own special spark. Murphy is the kind of dog who seems to wake up every morning believing it’s going to be the best day of his life. He approaches everything with enthusiasm, joy, and a wagging tail. Murphy has a happy-go-lucky personality that makes people smile instantly. He loves being involved in whatever is happening and never passes up an opportunity for fun. Whether he’s playing with a toy, exploring the yard, riding in the car, or snuggling up after a busy day, Murphy’s cheerful spirit shines through in everything he does. He has a way of bringing happiness wherever he goes. Waffles is pure sweetness wrapped in a fluffy little Cockapoo body. He has a gentle, affectionate nature that draws people in immediately. Waffles loves being close to his people and has a way of looking at you as though you’ve been his favorite person forever. He enjoys playing and being silly with his brothers, but he also has a softer side that makes him incredibly easy to love. If you’re looking for a puppy who wants to be your constant companion and shower you with affection, Waffles may be exactly who you’ve been waiting for. Finnegen is curious, intelligent, and always ready for the next adventure. He loves exploring the world around him and approaches new experiences with confidence and excitement. Finnegen is the type of puppy who wants to know what you’re doing and whether he can help. His playful personality is balanced beautifully by his loving heart. He enjoys being with his people and thrives on attention, affection, and companionship. Finnegen is the perfect combination of brains, confidence, and devotion. Their adoption fee is on our website at the bottom of their adoption listing at https://www.breadoflifek9refuge.org/post/murphy-waffles-finnegen This fee helps cover their veterinary care, wellness examinations, health certificate, microchip, DA2PP vaccination series, Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, fecal testing, completed deworming based on laboratory results, grooming expenses, and the months of care, socialization, and training we have personally invested into helping them become the wonderful young dogs they are today. These boys are not simply looking for homes. They are looking for families, adventures, couch cuddles, bedtime routines, and people to love for the rest of their lives. Falling in love will be inevitable. The difficult part will simply be deciding which one has been waiting for you all along. 🩵

Story
Okra was found on 6/18/26 at Barger and W Port St. He came into the shelter not yet neutered. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503.
