Story
We brought Banjo into our home over the summer about 4 months ago. He is 7 years old, and his owner passed away- a friend of the family. We did not have much information on him, we knew he was a stray at one point, but he is well trained and gentle. He is an amazing dog. Unfortunately, our 11 year old dog has not transitioned well with Banjo. Banjo is playful and wonderful, but as he has started to get more comfortable here, our older dog has become more aggressive toward him, especially regarding food. He would likely do best in a home with no other dogs. We have young kids and he has been very gentle with them. We don’t know his whole story but it’s possible he was abused as a puppy, he is sometimes timid. He has so much love to give! Just needs an owner who can work with him and offer him a safe and wonderful place to live out his days!
