Like you come to expect from a cattle dog; I am active, fiercely loyal and cuddly as can be. I am also nippy and obsessed with herding things, including cars and cats. I take a minute to warm up to strangers but once I know you I'm all in with cuddles and fun. I can keep up on any hiking trail or adventure. My perfect home will be out in the country, with limited traffic and visitors. I prefer a quieter home where I am the only pet but I don't mind hanging with other calm dog friends when we're out and about. I would prefer my people be adults or older, respectful teens. I'm just kidding, I want to be friends with everyone! My name is Hermione and I am a sweet and silly gal looking for a new family to call my own. I love other dogs and get along great with kids. I could stand to lose a few pounds so an active family that takes me out and about would be awesome. I'm happy to run around the backyard or snuggle for a movie. As a senior, I come with a dental and a full medical checkup that includes bloodwork and I was given a clean bill of health. I also qualify for the Senior for Seniors program.
