Story
Hey there, I’m Julius 🐾 I’m a 3-year-old mixed breed guy with a big heart and an even bigger appreciation for second chances. I was rescued by Big Dog Ranch Rescue from a high-kill shelter, and let me tell you — I’m so grateful to be here. No one really knows much about my past, but I’ve decided it doesn’t define me. What matters is that I’m safe now and ready to find a forever family who will love me for the amazing boy I am. At three years old, I’m in my prime! I’ve got a great balance of playful energy and mature manners. I enjoy walks, exploring new smells, and spending time with my humans. I’m the kind of dog who just wants to be included — whether that’s hanging out in the yard, going for car rides, or relaxing on the couch after a long day. I bond closely with my people and thrive when I feel secure and loved. Give me a little patience and kindness, and I’ll give you loyalty, companionship, and plenty of tail wags in return. I made it out of a tough situation and into a place full of hope. Now all I need is a home to call my own. Maybe my next chapter starts with you?

Story
Hi there! We’re Jason and Breeze, and we’d love to tell you a little about our journey. We came from a shelter in Alabama where time can be very limited for dogs like us. Many dogs arrive there as strays, and most of the time no one really knows our stories or where we came from. We didn’t have any information about our pasts, but we’re hoping our future is filled with love and happiness. What we can tell you is that we’re very friendly dogs who enjoy the company of people and other dogs. We both walk nicely on a leash and love getting out to explore the world around us. Walks are one of our favorite things! Now we’re hoping for the most important thing of all—forever homes and families who will love us. We dream about having our own people to share life with, go on adventures, and make happy memories together. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a loving heart, maybe one of us could be the perfect match for you. We can’t wait to meet you. 🐶💛

Meet Mandi! Our Sweet Girl Looking for Her Forever Home Mandi’s story started in a way we never expected… She was first found wandering the streets in her neighborhood by our amazing partners at Beach Dog Daycare. Honestly, she looked so well cared for that we were sure someone had to be missing her and would come looking any minute. To give her family the best chance of finding her, @pbcacc picked her up. But sadly… no one ever came. After spending 2 long months at animal control, we knew we couldn’t let her wait any longer. With the help and quick action of @beach_dog_daycare , Mandi was pulled to safety and is now part of NAIA’s Pet Rescue. She’s currently being fostered with the Beach Dog team while we search for her perfect forever home. Mandi is: ✨ Around 2 years old, vaccinated and spayed ✨ Dog friendly ✨ Sweet, gentle, and easygoing ✨ Curious on walks but doesn’t show signs of a prey drive (cats unknown) She truly has such a loving nature and deserves a family who will never let her feel forgotten again. If you’re looking for a loyal, beautiful companion, Mandi could be your girl! Please fill out an adoption application at  https://naiasrescue.org/adoption-application/  if you’re interested in meeting or adopting Mandi #AdoptDontShop #RescueDog #FosterDog #beachdog #naiaspetrescueAugust 18, 2026, 12:17 am

Story
WATCH MY VIDEO...Ralphie’s story is one that breaks your heart a little. At just one year old, this handsome Australian Kelpie mix has already learned what it feels like to find a home and then lose it. Ralphie was adopted from our shelter, but through absolutely no fault of his own, he was returned because the family’s son didn’t like that Ralphie wasn’t like the dog they had loved and lost. But Ralphie isn’t supposed to be that dog. He’s supposed to be Ralphie, and this sweet pup has so much to offer. Ralphie loves people, although he may need a little time to warm up and feel comfortable with someone new. Once he does, you’ll see what a wonderful boy he really is. He also enjoys the company of cats, although he sometimes forgets that cats aren’t dogs and may try to engage them in a little playtime. A confident, playful cat might think that’s fantastic. This energetic boy loves to run, so a home with a nice, securely fenced yard would be a dream come true. But what Ralphie needs most isn’t simply a big yard. He needs patience, understanding and someone willing to let him settle in at his own pace.Imagine being Ralphie. You found a family. You thought you were home. Then, suddenly, you were back at the shelter wondering what happened. He deserves the chance to feel safe again, to learn that this time, when he walks through his new front door, he isn’t leaving (except for walks and adventures, of course.) Ralphie may not be the dog someone lost. He may not be the dog someone expected. But he could be the dog who becomes someone’s once in a lifetime companion. All Ralphie is asking for is a little time, a little patience and a family who will promise him one very important thing. This time, you’re home. And this time, it’s forever.
