Lily was adopted from our local animal control, 4 years ago as a stray and has adjusted well to being a house dog. She is extremely sweet and an amazing dog. She is great with dogs her size or smaller, but can be over-submissive and is sometimes bullied. She does great with kids of all ages, and enjoys running around with them outside or sitting with them as they read and relax. You will often find her sitting at one of her people’s feet while they work or walking around the house seeing what everyone is doing. She loves to explore outside and go for walks or jogs. Lily knows most basic commands, and is food motivated. She enjoys routine and schedule, but will adapt quickly to changes and enjoys the occasional trip to dog daycare. She will be your best friend and closest ally, and will love to join your pack.

Her favorite toy was a soft lavender squeaky that she brought up to the human hoping to get a chance for another toss and retrieve. It was a request that couldn’t be refused. Foxy showed off her desire to get close to the human as she draped her arms over the leg of the Humane Society volunteer. Foxy shared a big from-the-heart smile and clasped her paws together as though she was giving thanks for the occasion. Foxy loves a caring touch and is definitely a lap dog in training. 1-year-old Foxy walks nicely on leash, takes treats respectfully and will come running to you when called and will arrive with a “this is a lot of fun” ecstatic smile. Foxy is a friendly, cheerful canine who wants to share endless hugs.

He is not as tall as a full-size Lab because of his mix and being on the shorter side like his mom, he however is stocky...Nanook Currently weighs about 55Lbs. He is such a sweet handsome bear. His foster mom is currently teaching him to play ball, but he doesn't get the concept of bringing it back yet. LOL.... Nanook is also a talker (Not to be confused with barker) He makes noises when trying to get your attention and while playing! He would do well in the country or on a farm, he does not need a fenced yard, he sticks around. Nanook just wants to be someone's best buddy. He will make a perfect best friend. We think they have so much potential in the right home! These puppies are microchipped, altered, up to date on all of their vaccines, and raring to go. Carlisle is the biggest in the litter and handsome as can be! He is a good balance of the personalities we have seen between this set of siblings--goofy, playful, spunky, eager, intelligent, stable, grounded, and of course, a major cuddler and sweet-as-can-be.He recently attended an all day adoption event at the Tractor supply and spent 6 hours in an unfamiliar and overwhelming environment. Most of the day was spent on a harness and a leash or inside a crate. While on leash, he eagerly greeted every stranger that would pet him and played nicely with the other puppies, adult dogs, and small senior dog that we had at the event. While in his crate, he spent time chewing on his treat or resting. We really feel that his behavior at the Tractor Supply event shows evidence of how much potential he has to be a well-rounded, pleasant family companion and how much versatility and adaptability he displays for his future environment.
