Wagga Wagga, named for a city in Australia is a sweet Australian Shepherd puppy. The Pups were born January 1, 2024. They are sweet, smart, have all their first shots (distemper/parvo/lepto, Bordetella, one year rabies) been microchipped, and are on heartworm/flea meds and are wormed. Wagga is the most unusual of the group. His left eye has a beautiful blue circle surrounding it. Thinking about a new puppy….. things to keep in mind: Puppy will need time, training, love and connection, mixed in with a load of attention. Best if children are school age or older; we will consider younger children only on exception basis. Puppies have small bladders and need to have someone to let them out regularly for potty breaks…..work from home, work part-time, come home at lunch…..need a plan as they will need you every 4 to 5 hours until they are at least 6 to 8 months old. Will your current pet be willing to accept a new puppy. Puppies can be a handful. Will you be traveling extensively for the next couple of months? Puppy proofing your home is like baby proofing you home; it requires effort. Puppies can go to their new homes from 8 weeks, but holding on a little longer and letting them go around 12 weeks can be really beneficial, as their development and socializing will be a lot more established by that point.
