Agnes is an incredibly sweet girl who loves to show you her stuffies she likes to carry around in her mouth-its adorable!!! She seems good with dogs and shows interest in play but also loves to just be around people. She is fairly new to us at BR so we are still learning about her but so far she has never had an accident in her kennel, eats great, and just seems like a very congenial girl! Agnes does have a decent sized tumor on her front leg we will be having checked out ASAP so she will be coming soon until we can get that removed and biopsied so stay tuned for more info!October 10, 2025, 10:07 am

John Doe was found by a Good Samaritan who is taking him to work with her and needs a foster home for him. He weighed 25 lbs and was Heartworm neg when he went for a vet visit recently. He is probably one year old and is possibly an Australian kelpie mix. He is timid with people But loves other dogs. A solid history of excellent vet care for current or previous pets is required. Preference will be given to applicants who have specific breed experience and own their own home. Lucca arrived at Horse Creek Wildlife on March 24, 2025. His ideal home is one where he can be the center of attention—he’s not a fan of farm animals or cats, and he’d prefer to keep his circle strictly human (and maybe a fellow dog or two who shares his zest for life). He enjoys running and romping in our exercise areas with other dogs. Lucca is 59 pounds full-grown, and we believe he is an Australian Kelpie mix. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will brighten your days and fill your home with laughter, Lucca might just be your perfect match. Come meet him and see why everyone falls in love with this goofy, lovable boy! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. They receive monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All of their medical needs are taken care of before they are available for adoption. Our adoption fee is $100.00. Please complete an application, if you have found a dog you are interested in adopting. Kim Austin, our adoption facilitator, will be in contact with you as soon as she has an opportunity to review your application. Understand that she has other duties and she will not ignore any interest shown in adopting one of our dogs. An application will need to be approved before a scheduled time to visit our dogs will be set up. It may take up to 48 hours before she returns your call or responds to your email, due to work schedules, holidays and adoption events. We do the very best we can for the dogs we have rescued and do not take the adoption process lightly. He is currently being leash trained using a gentle leader so that he will know how to walk calmly with his new family. Sax is looking for fun and adventure!
