Payson came to us along with several other aussies from an overwhelmed owner who wanted them to get more one-on-one attention. It is best to think of Payson as a big puppy who will need work on socialization as well as how to learn to be a "house dog." She has basically spent her entire life outdoors in a pen with her littermates since her owner was unable to sell them as puppies. Payson has been great with other dogs, but we do not know how she would be with cats. She should be fine with older children, but will definitely jump on smaller ones.

MEET DIEGO! Diego! 4 year old Aussie X basset hound mix Diego is a good boy. Just an all-around happy guy that wants nothing more than to find his happily ever after. He is good with cats, dogs, kids, chickens, goats... Diego doesn't seem bothered by much of anything. He has been living on a local farm and exposed to all sorts of fun and sun. He stays on property and is a good watch dog. He wants to be a couch potato and can be found in the A/C whenever the opportunity allows. He is up to date on shots, microchipped, neutered, HW negative and healthy (he is a little on the plump side).
