He went into a foster home and started exhibiting some less than desirable behaviors such as:- nipping and herding the children- crate aggression and reactivity- destructive behaviors in the home- biting the fosterUnfortunately once this happens the choices are rescue or euthanasia. We stepped in to help.Chase IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME but we are putting his story into the universe in the hopes that when he is ready, his perfect adopter finds him.Since arriving we have made progress with the crate- he now willingly enters it whereas before he had to be physically put into it with a leash. His issue is not as much the crate as it is with the door closing.We are working with him on his house manners- as of this post (12/16/25) he has literally none.He is a horrible leash puller and jumper as well.On a positive note, he LOVES people!! He LOVES children! He loves other dogs, he does great off leash with horses and cats and he is insanely food motivated. This is a dog that wants a job and wants to work 100%. We found her in a shelter and she was immediately friendly the second she met us. She took to kids, women and men without issue.She was an owner Surrender prior to being in the shelter and was said to have been potty trained.Chu Chu does very well in her play group in rescue with all size dogs but does not like dominant dogs and will correct them.She would make a wonderful addition and is available after her spay surgery.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________***If you choose to adopt (before all vetting is complete) and use your own vet rather than our local Snip Clinic for these services, you do so at your own expense and it will not reduce the adoption fee.
