Hi! My name is Derby! I am a handsome fellow looking for a home to call my own! I do not like cats at all but I have met a few dogs at HSEC that I do not mind, but I would much rather have a home all my own to be spoiled in. If you would like to meet me please reach out to the lovely staff at HSEC!

Story
Izzy is 3 years old. She is so loving and snuggly with her people. She has a little too much energy for our older dog and that has become an issue. She gets along well with our cats and dog otherwise. She can be protective of her food and toys. She is not one to chew on random things, she loves her hard toys and her ropes (supervised). She needs somewhere that she can run and play. She can be slow to warm up to people and her herding instincts kick in at times. She is much quicker to warm up with females than males. Once she loves you though, she loves to cuddle and is truly the sweetest. She does well with children but we always supervise because she doesn't realize her size and enthusiasm.
