This handsome young man is Cookie. He is full of spunk, energy, and loves to soak up all the attention in the room. He may be a little shy at first but with time, patience and most importantly treats, he comes right around. He has so much potential waiting to be unlocked. He is very food motivated and has already picked up on sit for his treats. He is a bit wiggly for his baths and walks well on the leash. If your looking for your next hiking buddy to take on your outdoor adventures look no further! We think Cookie would do best in an active home that has experience with his breed or ones like his. We also think he would do best with older children and possibly another doggie friend. Denny boy was brought into our rescue after being shot three times, and Found along a road in Irvona PA. he was found with another dog that was shot and was deceased on scene. we found the owner of the dog which was Amish and the dog was surrendered to Animals Matter and hospitalized at Metzger animal Hospital due to being in shock Shot three times and having the right leg amputated ##2032721##
