Story
Loki is as great as they come. Smart, friendly, affectionate, eager to please, and well mannered. He is great with all kids, dogs, cats, and even ferrets. To us he looks more like a Border Collie, but he was purchased as a puppy, by a family, as an Aussie. We think he is an Aussie/BC mix. Regardless, he is incredibly sweet and so loving. He knows commands and is crate trained and just so affectionate. As typical of his breed, he is athletic and would do best with an experienced home, for he is so smart and again, eager to please. You could not ask for a better dog. Loki is just coming on 2 years old and is a lean about 47 lbs. These photos are not very good, for he was too excited to have such a big yard to sniff around in, but he is so handsome  in person and a must meet, for he will steal your heart for sure.  PREGNANT DOG And ALL BREED RESCUE/LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER puppies are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. Our Puppies are current on vaccines, wormed, and extremely well cared for from birth - most even know how to use a dog door by the time they leave us!  They are friendly and social and very affectionate!  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! PDR/LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home.  Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile.  We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm and Lyme tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $595 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)  May 5, 2024, 5:50 pm

Story
Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 35 pounds.  She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier.  Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home.  She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate.  She is not leash trained  but is trying to improve.   We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow. If you have another dog that would be great for her to have a playmate that can help her wear out her energy every day.  Lola Lee is a great girl and she is going to need an active family that can challenge and meet her need for exercise and be able to keep up with her.   She is really not a dog for a retirement couple that are ready to have a more laidback dog with fewer exercise demands.  If you are interested in this girl please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 5, 2024, 3:15 pm

Story
We are trying to help this sweet girl called Bonnie Belle to find a home since her elderly parents are in failing health and cannot care for their five dogs.  Bonnie Belle is a mix of some interesting breeds.  We think she has some Aussie and maybe Boxer in her.  The Australian Shepherd trait is what makes her a protector of the yard and home when strangers approach.  She is the home security dog officer!   This girl is losing her home because her elderly parents have fallen into bad health.  Bonnie Belle is 4 years old and weighs a little over 40 pounds.  She adores people and is good with the other dogs that she spends time with in the fenced yard.  She is housebroken, affectionate and a devoted girl to her family.  If you would like to give Bonnie her next forever home, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue who is helping her at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 5, 2024, 3:15 pm

Story
Our little Bingo is the sweetest young pup and at 3 months and 12 pounds we don’t think he is going to be over 40 pounds when fully grown.  He came from KY where someone bought him and then decided a puppy was too much work. He deserves better than that.  Critter Cavalry Rescue took him and has found him to be a delightful little guy that loves to cuddle, play with the other Chihuahua puppy and to run and play in the house.  He is such a charmer too.  His fur is  semi soft and not totally wiry.  He has no tail and so he could be an Aussie Doodle but not sure. He is all boy and all joy!  If you are interested in this handsome black and white nugget then please be sure to write to Critter Cavalry Rescue ASAP at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 5, 2024, 3:15 pm
