Story
Odin is a very sweet dog with the right people. We got him from a home that didn’t prioritize him and have been trying to work with his trauma. We were told he was 2 years old 4 years ago, so we’re assuming he’s around 6 or 7. He needs to be in a home that has patience for his quirks. He doesn’t understand pack boundaries and screams when he sees other dogs when out on walks. Poor leash skills. Kids learning how to be gentle with animals are not his favorite, he growls at our toddler and doesn’t run away to get out of the situation. He has shown fear in most large men he meets, growling and escaping the environment wherever he can and often not aware of his surroundings. He has bonded well and is best friends with our Mini Australian Shepherd so he can make friendly with other dogs. His instincts take over with cats, he will attack at any cost. He’s loving with the right people who can navigate his personality.
