Augusta is a lovely young setter type with soft manners and a curious heart. She likes to explore the yard trot around with her tail floating behind her and then curl up for companionship. Augusta does well with other dogs and enjoys following her people from room to room to make sure she is not missing anything important. If you want a dog who brings beauty sweetness and a little bit of silly charm into your home Augusta is your girl. Augusta’s adoption donation includes her age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, spay, microchip, collar and leash. Apply below to adopt Augusta. We are a foster-based rescue with homes mainly in Goodyear and Buckeye. If approved, you’ll meet a volunteer or foster family at a local pet store we partner with or at a foster home for adoption. Meet Miss Cora, a 2.5 year old Pitty/Retriever and a wonderful girl! She's potty trained, crate trained and loves to hop in the car with the windows open. She loves to play fetch with her favorite orange ball. Walks are short, as she'd rather play in the yard. Cora knows the commands to sit, paw and lie down and is highly motivated with treats! She takes them very gently. She loves her people. Sometimes she doesn't know her own size and can play a little hard, so older kids (teenagers) are best for her. If younger, slow intros are best until she knows to be softer. Cats are best with slow introduction as well. Cora is a kind soul and a momma to 11 babies!
