Toby Wan Kenobi is a sweet and friendly little guy who is looking for a patient and loving home. He's a handsome boy with an interesting face and the cutest little chirpy meow! He's a playful lovebug who loves head scratches and giving head butts in return. While he is very friendly and comfortable meeting new people, he takes some time to adjust to new spaces. He would do well to have a smaller space at first while he adjusts to his new home, and it might take him some time to be comfortable enough to venture out into the house. Toby has some anxious tendencies and has a history of pulling out his fur or over-grooming as a form of self soothing. His anxiety is currently being managed with a medication that is easily administered by rubbing onto his inner ear once a day. Due to his anxious nature, he would do best in a calm and quiet home without young children. He used to have a sister who he was bonded with, so he may do well with other cats but would prefer a home without other pets. Toby would love a family that is committed to giving him time and space to get comfortable in his new home, and to make him feel safe and loved. Toby will be available for adoption on Saturday (3/22) at Kahoots in Menifee from 10am to 2pm.

We adopted Mango from Animal Friends of the Valley in Wildomar, CA in January of 2025. He is a very sweet cat, but we have been struggling with boundaries and our toddler. He continues to bite and scratch the toddler and we are at a point where we think it would be better for the cat to find a new home more fit for him. He is potty trained, food motivated and likes our Shih Tzu a lot. We would provide a cat tree, litter box, and the remainder of the food we have for him. Again, he is very sweet and mellow, we just think he would be happier in a home without a toddler, or a toddler used to cats.
