Story
SOPHISTICATED LADY  DOB 4/6/19 Pascala is a distinguished British shorthair dy with plush blue-gray fur that feels like touching a cloud. With her green eyes that seem to hold ancient wisdom, she observes her surroundings with regal curiosity. Don't let her proper demeanor fool you – beneath that dignified exterior beats the heart of a certified cuddle expert! In her free time, Pascala enjoys sunbathing in quiet window nooks, gently judging your reading choices while sitting on your book, and perfecting the art of the slow blink. Her purr has been described as "nature's perfect white noise machine" by those lucky enough to have her settle on their lap. Pascala thrives in peaceful environments where she can be your gentle shadow. She's not one for chaos or commotion – this refined feline prefers meaningful connections over wild parties. Pascala has bonded with Frank, a Siamese/ Russian Blue mix, a foster mate who is just as quiet and peaceful as she is. In fact, she has greatly expedited Frank's adjustment to their foster home because her calm, nurturing demeanor soothes him and gives him confidence.    Pascala's ideal evening involves a soft blanket, a warm human, and absolutely zero drama. Are you ready to welcome this sophisticated lady into your heart and home? Although they are available separately, it would be ideal if Pascala and Frank could be adopted together so that she can continue to reassure her handsome cuddle buddy. HOPE ID 25-0405-G054 Pascala's $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
MELTS IN YOUR ARMS WHEN YOU HUG HIM  DOB 8/1/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Hermes, a friendly, loving, and easygoing solid-white fella except for the gray thumbprints on the crown of my head. My big gold-coin eyes half-close in ecstasy and I melt in Foster Meowmy’s arms when she holds and hugs me. I trust her so much that I roll over to invite her to give me the gentle belly rubs that I enjoy so much. I’m the largest of my litter, so I’m a big eater who doesn’t even mind when she pets me while I’m dining. I run up to greet her when she opens the door because I know that playtime will begin soon. I’m not particular about toys because they’re all fun as far as I’m concerned. I even find it entertaining when Foster Meowmy scoops the litter box, and I try to be her little helper. My feral-kitty momma birthed my #charming-four litter (Ash, Caramel, Humphrey, and me) inside of Foster Meowmy’s garage. We lived outside until we were ready to be weaned, and Foster Meowmy noticed that I always was the kind, brave Big Brother who protected my smaller siblings while momma was out hunting. When Foster Meowmy trapped/ spayed/ and released Momma, she brought us kittens inside to the safe haven of her home and promised to find us fantastic forever homes. Now I’m ready to share my joy, humor, and affection with my forever family. Could that be with you? Arrange to meet me today! My heart has SO MUCH love to give – all I need is YOU! If you’re looking to adopt a “matched pair,” consider adopting me with my twin sister Ash. (She even has the gray thumbprints on her head too!) Although we’re available separately, we think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 25-0329-C021 Hermes' $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. To apply online: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site Hermes will be this week-end, email us at nancy.e.kline@hotmail.com, and a volunteer will get back to you. HAS ASH-WEDNESDAY THUMBPRINT ON HER HEAD  DOB 8/1/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Ash (aka Ash Wednesday), a refined, graceful, and petite solid-white princess except for the gray thumbprint on the crown of my head (like one might get on Ash Wednesday.) I must admit that when my large, pale jade-green eyes lock into yours, I’m pretty irresistible. Like any sheltered damsel, I was initially shy, docile, and gentle when I met Foster Meowmy. Once I felt confident around her, I became very loving and turned on my purr motor full blast to tell her so! Now I’m very friendly with her and run to greet her at the door so I can plant my pheromones on her feet and legs. My feral-kitty momma birthed my #charming-four litter (Hermes, Caramel, Humphrey, and me) inside of Foster Meowmy’s garage. We lived outside until we were ready to be weaned, and that’s when Foster Meowmy trapped/ spayed/ and released Momma and brought us kittens inside to the safe haven of her home and promised to find us fantastic forever homes. I love to play with my siblings and then collapse in a kitten puddle when we’re exhausted. Now I’m ready to share my sweet, patient temperament and affection with my forever family. Could that be with you? Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart. If you’re looking to adopt a “matched pair,” consider adopting me with my twin brother Hermes. (He even has TWO gray thumbprints on his head!) Although we’re available separately, we think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 25-0329-C022 Ash's $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
