Gilbert is his confidence boost, his safety blanket, his person in dog form. 🐶❤️🐶 They are a bonded pair who truly deserve a calm, patient home that will give them the time they need to feel safe and loved. Meet Aspen! 🐾 Hi, I’m Aspen, and I’m basically a giant fluffy puppy with a serious love for WATER! I’m a 4.5-month-old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix, although I’m mostly Pyr, and I already weigh over 30 pounds. I’m expected to be around 65–70 pounds when I’m all grown up, so I’m going to be one beautiful, fluffy girl! I’m sweet, silly, playful, and always ready for some fun. If there’s water nearby, you can pretty much count on me being in it! 💦 Whether it’s splashing, playing, or just figuring out how wet I can possibly get, water is definitely my happy place. I’m also great with other dogs and livestock, so I’m a pretty social girl. But there’s one important thing my humans need to know: I am looking for a home as a beloved family pet, NOT as a livestock guardian. While I’m good with livestock, I want to be part of the family—not left outside to clock in for a full-time ranch job. 😉 I’m still a puppy, so I’ll need a family who understands that big fluffy puppies come with puppy energy, puppy antics, and lots of growing to do. In return, you’ll get a sweet, silly, water-loving girl who is going to grow into one very gorgeous companion. If your idea of a perfect dog includes a giant fluffy best friend who thinks every body of water is an invitation, Aspen might just be your girl! 💙

Meet Truffles -“The Ears Have It!” Few critters in the animal kingdom have ears that can move separately, up/down, folded, or crisscrossed. The magnificent Truffles is one of the few! This gorgeous, friendly, athletic gal is endowed with huge stick up bat signal ears. When not receiving transmissions, one or both of her giant receivers crisscross atop her head. She loves long walks on her leash, zooming, playing with balls & stuffies, tug-of-war and of course, cuddling. Truffles was born with a genetic condition called mega esophagus that requires a bit of extra time & special steps at meals. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position. Truffles eagerly gets into her chair as she is quite food motivated. She sits in her chair for 15 -20 minutes after eating. She cannot have treats. And that is it! You might notice her throat moving like a bullfrog when she is sleeping, due to the enlarged esophagus, but that is nothing to worry about. She is intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please. She is ideal for an active family or individual. More Attributes! Leash trained Loves kids, but likely too boisterous for little ones Needs extra care at meal time Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
