Meet Debo! He's a big giant baby and thinks he's a lap dog. His owner found himself homeless living in a condemned building. He agreed to surrender Debo considering his living conditions.He's great with other dogs but not yet cat tested.Debo has also had two weeks of intensive training. Stevie wins the prize for her Moo Deng costume with her foster mom Zoo Keeper! Stevie is approximately 2 yrs old and appears to be an English Bulldog mix. Stevie was surrendered with terrible skin infections, no hair and overall poor condition. She has come a long way! Her fur is growing back, she is a happy go lucky pup that is good with kids, cats and other dogs. She visited everyone she met at a recent adoption event. What an adorable little firecracker !! FULL of personality and afraid of nothing! She is confident, curious, LOVES the water and her baby pool. Often times she's the only one willing to get in. OOFIE lives to be with other dogs and especially adores her humans. She is literally always happy! You cannot rain on her parade! She is kennel trained and almost house trained! She is a joy to have as part of our foster family. LAMAREY is with me in my home in Memphis, Tn. Once adopted , she will travel via Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family. Holly is a happy, loving senior that just wants a soft bed and regular meals. She is carrying a few extra pounds and needs an exercise program to help her lose a bit of weight. I really don’t have much interest in cats, so a home with cats would be just fine. I am crate trained, but don’t need to be in a crate when you are gone. I am house trained, but I do wear a wrap inside since I am a senior gentleman. I do well on a leash too (I do pull some with excitement, but my harness helps Immensely). I love to wander around the backyard, travel with my human, take naps with my human or just nap by myself on a comfy bed or sofa. My foster mom says I am soulful and loving and I just want to be your best friend. I would love to be with you as much as possible. I also love a good bone, all the treats and a stuffed Kong. I am also on renal support prescription dogfood that will need to continue in my new home and I have a heart murmur that will need monitored yearly (and is common for my breed), but neither of these slow me down. Nutmeg is the happiest, sweetest, most affectionate dog you're likely to ever meet. She's always up for an adventure and gets super excited to go "bye bye". She rides perfectly in the car. She has wonderful manners and knows several commands. This girl is 100% potty trained to outside and will even alert at the door when she needs to go out. She pulls on the leash for about the first 30 seconds of a walk out of excitement, then walks loose leashed. She goes willingly into her crate and settles right away. However, she also can be left to roam as she is not destructive. She can play a bit rough and bulldoze people unintentionally during zoomies, so she's best fit for a household with older kids. Nutmeg can be particular about who she shares her space with. She is dog selective and will need to meet any resident dogs of potential adopters. Nutmeg needs someone who likes a dog that snuggles as she loves to be right with her people when she's ready to nap. We were told that Yumi is an American Bully. She is a very sweet girl. She knows how to sit, lay down, paw, and stay. Yumi is a very energetic dog that needs someone that is going to have time to walk her and spend with her. She is good with older kids, we have never had her around smaller than the age of 9. She will let you know when she needs to go out to go the bathroom. Her birthday is 3/09/2024. She is still in her puppy faze. She is up to date with her shots and is microchipped. We would just love to see her go to a loving home that will have the time she needs to spend with her. She also loves to play in the snow. She is great on walks. I do have all her vet records.
