Julius is a wonderful dog with human personality. My late father adopted Julius from a pup. Upon my father’s passing, I know why our conversations revolved around the his daily antics. I am not adding an adoption fee because I do not want finances to be a hurdle to adopt this family friendly certified support animal. Julius and Twiggy are both up for rehousing. They were raised together for the last five years and are available together or separate.
