She’s loyal, affectionate with her person, and full of personality. Lucy thrives in a calm, one-on-one environment where she can enjoy her space, soak up attention, and spend time outdoors. She loves to run and play, especially in a fenced yard or quiet natural setting. While Lucy isn’t comfortable around children or other pets and can be snippy when overwhelmed, she blossoms when she’s given the time and space to feel safe and understood.

Ginger is a delightful and well-mannered girl who is easy to please! She adores her toys, enjoys car rides, loves exploring the town, and relishes basking in the sun. If you're looking for a charming model for photos or love to dress up, Ginger is your girl—she has graced the cover of Calhoun Magazine! Her room is always tidy, and she is quiet and well-behaved. Ginger shines when out and about, walks beautifully on a leash, and is an attentive listener! She was born into our rescue and adopted as a puppy; unfortunately, her mom passed away, and family members tried to keep Ginger, but there were issues with another dog in the home and Ginger, and it felt other arrangements needed to be made. Story
Thaddeus is our adorable baby-faced sweetheart! He's full of energy and loves to spin around when he's excited. He enjoys going for walks and behaves well in public spaces. He has a strong affection for people and, of course, his toys! Thaddeus loves to cuddle up in a blanket and give us his irresistible puppy eyes. He gets along well with other dogs and children. While he hasn't had much exposure to cats, we can always arrange for a cat test. Thaddeus was just moments away from being euthanized before we rescued him, and we are so grateful we did. He has moved between foster homes, not due to any fault of his own, but because they were short-term placements. We truly hope to see this wonderful boy find his forever home. She's also a huge fan of humans and would happily spend all day curled up in your lap, giving kisses and soaking up all the love.  Toys? She's in. Bones? Even better. Snuggles? Absolutely.
