Meet Journey Journey’s story is one of second chances. She was surrendered by her owner and found herself on the euthanasia list at a high-intake shelter through no fault of her own. Thankfully, she was rescued just in time and is now safe in a loving foster home in Reno, NV. Journey is smart, loyal, and eager to connect with her people. She loves spending time with those she trusts and thrives in a calm, structured environment. Journey can be selective with other dogs, so we recommend slow, thoughtful introductions if there are other pets in the home. She’s looking for an adopter who will give her the stability and love she deserves — someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to walk this next chapter of her Journey together. She has some skin allergies that are now being treated and are managed with diet. (such a blue nose thing) Location: Reno, Nevada Adoption Fee: Includes spay/neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. Compatibility: Dog selective; slow introductions recommended. Her foster mom says " Heya boss! Just an update on Journey’s vet visit: they thought she was very well behaved. they gave her a shot, a pill to take with dinner and special food. also a leave on mousse for the rashy areas. the vet said no people food and treats have to match the special food. She can now put that behind her and set her sights ;) on her future and her forever family! Bubbles was born with a congenital eye defect and will soon undergo surgery to remove the affected eye so she can live a comfortable, pain-free life. Her rescue is covering the full cost of her medical care because every life matters — and she’s absolutely worth it. Her sibling, who shared the same condition, has already been adopted, and now it’s Bubbles’ turn to find her forever home. She may be small, but she’s got big dog energy! Bubbles loves to play with the big dogs and keeps up with them every step of the way. She’s affectionate, confident, and full of love — the kind of puppy who brings laughter and life wherever she goes. Her adoption fee includes a $250 spay deposit, which covers her spay through the Nevada Humane Society in partnership with the rescue — or can be applied as a credit toward a private veterinarian if preferred. Bubbles is ready to start her next chapter — one filled with love, fun, and the happy ending she’s always deserved.
