The Humane Society Adoption Center of Monroe is dedicated to the welfare of all animals because of their intrinsic value and rights. Our primary purposes are the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, the extension of humane education, and the provision of shelter-based services.

  1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
  2. Submit Application
  3. Approve Application
  4. Sign Adoption Contract
  5. Pay Fee
  6. Take the Pet Home

Our $100 Adoption Fee Includes:

🐕 A Fuzzy Family Member!

🐕 A pet vaccinated against:
~Parvovirus (CPV)
~Parvovirus (CPV-2c)
~Distemper
~Bordetella
~Adenovirus type 1
~Adenovirus type 2
~Leptosporosis
~Parainfluenza

🐕 A pet that has been dewormed against
internal parasites!

🐕 A pet that has been Heart Worm tested
and on monthly prevention!

🐕 A $40 Spay and Neuter Certificate!
(If not already spayed/neutered)

🐕 A $10 Rabies Certificate to offset the
cost of their Rabies Vaccination!

🐕 An Adoption Package!
