Matty's Heart & Soul Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit volunteer and foster based rescue. All of our pets are in foster homes being loved as part of the family and learning to be dogs/ cats in a loving home and getting ready for their forever home! MHSAR's mission is to bring hope back to the discarded, abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs and cats, and provide them with all they need in a loving foster family until they find their perfect forever home. To be their voice and right all wrongs.

We ultimately want to approve everyone. But unfortunately, that is not reality and not what is best for the pet nor for the humans involved. We strive to put the pets into the very best fit for a home they can get.
