Redwood Coast German Shepherd Rescue, Inc.

Redwood Coast German Shepherd Rescue is dedicated to the rescue and placement of sound German Shepherd dogs (and mixes) in their forever homes, where they will be loved and cherished as a member of the family. Our volunteers take the time needed to understand each dog’s needs and temperament so that placement is matched appropriately with an adopter(s). Owner surrenders may be accepted, but only as space permits, as shelter dogs at risk of euthanasia remain our first priority. Adopting from our organization adds to the close-knit family of German Shepherd owners, who are intermingled with each other similar to the deep rooted system of the Redwood trees.
