Whether it’s canceling wild and exotic animal acts, stopping wildlife culls, or rescuing waterfowl from icy lakes, we’re constantly working to make Long Island and the surrounding areas a kinder and safer place for all its beings.

We are happy to work with adopters to advise on how to provide proper care and create the proper set up for their adopted animals. We do not expect all of our adopters to be experts at the time they complete an adoption application if they are willing to learn!
