Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides assistance to Team Memphis Rescue & Support approved rescues by transporting pets from shelters, boarding facilities, Veterinary clinics and foster homes. We help evaluate temperaments of pets and network to find foster homes. Animal Rescue is an ongoing battle. We are stronger when we stand together.
Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides medical care, including vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter for all our adoptable pets. With years of experience, our goal is to find the perfect fit for each dog as well as the best pet for your family.

We adopt to anyone who is willing to pick up at one of the above listed drop off locations for transport.
We will consider other areas based on volunteers available.
Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- • Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.
- Interview
- We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.
- Home Check
- We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.
- Approve Application
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay Fee
- Take the Pet Home
- Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.
