Rescue FAQs

We started Healing Hound Lodge as a means to better serve our local dog communities. Specializing in animals with behavioral challenges we utilize our farm and pack of pups to help rehabilitate dogs for adoption. Hear at the Lodge, we keep our numbers of adoptable pets low so we can insure proper care, training and placement for the success of new dog owners. We offer follow up training and pre-adoption classes for the families we adopt to.
Hampshire, Hamden and Northern Hartford county.
