We are a committed group of dog lovers who have decades of experience in dog rescue, volunteering at animal shelters and owning rescue dogs. Most recently, working with owner surrendered dogs in Washington and Oregon, dogs from Mexico and the Asian dog meat trade as well as California kill shelters, Midwest puppy mill breeder releases.
Our mission is to rescue dogs from devastating conditions from countries of the Pacific Rim.
We are committed to providing loving foster homes, veterinary and behavioral training for these dogs, so that they may live happy and fulfilling lives in their forever homes.

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationPlease submit an application to express your interest in a dog. We will do our best to respond quickly, please be patient
- Home CheckThis will be a virtual review of your home and time to check references.
- InterviewYou will have a phone interview to discuss your questions, information about the dog, and best dog for your exact situation.
- Approve ApplicationThis will occur after the above steps and positive phone interview.
- Meet the PetA meet and greet will be scheduled. If everything is as expected, we plan on the dog going home with you from this meeting.
- Sign Adoption ContractMust be completed at or prior to the meet and greet to result in an adoption.
- Pay FeeThen take pet home and live happily ever after together!

We are extremely thorough in both our foster and adoption process because our rescues deserve the best forever homes after the rough start they have had in their lives!!
