JSCR is dedicated to the prevention of animal abuse, neglect and homelessness and is a sanctuary of safety for dogs, cats and horses. Services include animal rescue, safe and secure shelter environment and every effort possible to find loving homes where each animal receives the care and attention they deserve. Using equine-assisted services and therapies, veterans and others who have lived through trauma are given support to help them find peace, healing and happiness in this life.
