Our ONLINE pre-adoption application can be found on our website at www.TenderHeartRescue.webs.com on the main page and will automatically be submitted to us once completed. If you are interested in one of our Great Pyrenees you must complete the Great Pyrenees Questionnaire as well.
If you are interested in a Great Pyrenees you must also complete our ONLINE Great Pyrenees Questionnaire.
Email is the best form of communication for us and will receive a quicker response than phone calls. Our volunteers work full time jobs in addition to rescue, so please be patient. Rescue related phone calls will NOT be returned until after 7pm. If you do call, please ensure that you are calling from the number you wish to be contacted at and that your number is not blocked.
We TYPICALLY do not do OUT OF STATE adoptions.
Our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped.
