Adoption requires application form to be submitted . Once the form is submitted our volunteers will review the information and do the reference checks. Once you are approved we can help you pick up the right dog for you or let you know if the dog you choose is a good fit. Adoption Fees are $150 for within Arkansas. Adoption Fees for Oklahoma is $200. Other out of state adoptions will be $500
