Thank you for your interest in adopting a WEACT rescue dog. We are dedicated to finding our rescue dog’s forever home. We would like to highlight that many rescue dogs have trauma, trust issues, and some may have special needs. They will require supervision, time, patience, and love to adjust to their new homes. Please complete the following application as accurately and detailed as possible. You must be 25 years old or older to be considered as an adopter.

WEACT's international adoption procedure:
1. Adoption Application
**Only an applicant who proceeds to the next step will be notified**
2. Messenger Interview
3. Zoom Interview
4. Adoption Fee Payment after a flight is secured
6. Airport Pick-up

PLEASE NOTE: There is an adoption fee of USD 750 (under 32kg) or USD 950 (under 45kg) which covers medical treatment costs such as spay/neuter, vaccinations to date, microchip implant, flight costs, and customs broker fee.

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT: Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing WEACT rescue dog adoption, and it will not be used for any other purpose.
